UAB Geobaltic is implementing the project “Autonomous robot for disinfection with UV-C radiation”, No. 01.2.1-LVPA-K-858-01-0024.

The aim of the project is to implement research and experimental development (hereinafter referred to as R&D) aimed at combating the COVID-19 pandemic and developing more effective disinfectants. R&D activities related to the development of a prototype for an autonomous robot for UV-C disinfection.

The project financing agreement with the PE Lithuanian Business Support Agency has been signed in accordance with the European Union Funds Investment Operational Programme 2014-2020 Priority 1 “Promotion of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation” implementation measure No. 01.2.1-LVPA-T-858 “COVID-19 R&D”.

The beginning of the implementation of the project activities is scheduled for September 2020, while the end is scheduled for February 2022. 

The project budget is EUR 470,746.77.

The funding allocated for the project is EUR 376,597.42.

The project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Funded as part of the European Union's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

UAB Geobaltic is currently implementing the project “Optimization of geophysical research by developing innovative robotic technologies and automated control systems (Georobot)”, No. J05-LVPA-K-03-0004.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, and the support is provided under the measure for the implementation of Priority 1 of the European Union Funds Investment Operational Programme for 2014-2020 “Promotion of Research, Experimental Development and Innovation” No. J05-LVPA-K “Intellect. General Science – Business Projects”.

The aim of the project implementation is to increase the company’s innovation potential.

The project implementation began in June 2018 and ended in May 2020. 

The project budget – up to EUR 704,761.14.

The funding allocated for the project – EUR 501,122.09.
